Sites come in all shapes and sizes. Some are more difficult than others. Hillsides have a certain appeal. They can provide spectacular views and result in some magnificent spaces if taken proper advantage of. This site was difficult in trying to provide as many units as possible on a very steep narrow site. The result was simple twisting the building to take advantage of the ocean views right out the back of the site. So every unit had a view of the ocean.
